Do you need to use a church charge card? If Yes, remember you need to pick the cards up during the day from the Church Secretary or Pastor.
Have the pre & post activity volunteers been arranged?
After the activity is finished has a clean-up time been arranged?
If there are supplies left after the activity, where will they be stored?
