Good morning, everyone! Thank you for being part of our church’s mission of “…making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.” Here is some of what’s going on at Byers Avenue UMC…
This Sunday, May 1st in Worship, we’ll continue our current message series called “Godly Wisdom - Proverbs”. We will also celebrate Holy Communion. Since this will be the first Sunday of the month, there will not be Children’s Church. Children are encouraged to attend Worship with their families. Worship is at 10:45 a.m.
Byers Avenue Little Light Preschool is currently enrolling for the summer. If you know of children that would benefit from our preschool, please contact the church office. To find out more about Little Light Preschool, please visit our website at https://byersavenuelittlelightpreschool.com

This Saturday, April 30th, Byers will partner with God’s Resort to offer a fundraising event for Krystal Valdez-Coronodo. Krystal just began attending Byers Avenue and is in the process of reuniting with her two boys Aidan and Ramon through adoption. God is doing amazing things in the life of this family. The “We Are Family” event is from 4:00-6:00 p.m. in our Family Life Center and includes a meal, silent auction, and trivia. Please join us in support of Krystal and her family.
